When I grew up I walked past flags saying Simply The Best - a UVF flag using the Tina Turner song to say they were simply the best at defending the Union in their minds when in reality this was just killing Catholics. Those flags stayed up for years as did other flags and murals on walls for all sides. There was no campaign to take these down or to make up some "incite" nonsense. You just had to live with it and deal with actual actions. And no-one died because of a mural or a flag.
But for some reason the law about incitement had been ignored for years when it came to Northern Ireland. We either let people have agency and punish actions no matter what cause (unless you are acting in self defence of being actively blackmailed/coerced) or we are all infantilised with subjectivity putting up completely under the power of bureaucrats. The issue is that bureaucrats only cause countries and societies to fail in the end.
And it goes against the very culture that England and hence Britain was built on.
What we saw during Covid, when Canada, Australia, and New Zealand went full authoritarian in a matter of weeks, seems almost meek compared to what's going on in the UK this year.
In this case, the term Orwellian is in no way hyperbolic.
The UK government is trying to force a reaction to give them an excuse to crack down. They will get their excuse even if they have to lie about it. The crackdown is coming and it’s too late to stop it. England is lost.
Hate speech is a fallacy. There, I wrote it. Who was harmed?
People can inflict harm through their actions. People can also write things which are offensive, willfully salacious, willfully misinformed or rude (see government for examples). People have been doing that since the time of Babylon. But words, never cause harm. Only people do that.
Any government collective restricting free speech, the freedom to express opinion and thought, the freedom to simply *have* and acknowledge an opinion, is meant to be toppled. Think of it as a Rorschach test of self determination.
The British, the whole of western civilization for that matter, had better find their backbone and stand up for freedom, or they will surely be crushed by the Thoughtcrime cabal.
It’s not surprising that the government uses every tyrannical trick in the book to come down hard on any form of public unrest. What they are most terrified of is an uprising of the people in protest against the horrendous mess politicians have made of everything over recent decades, especially the unsustainable fiat money debts they have built up.
This was the main reason for launching the Covid “plandemic”, to try to get the entire populace hooked on vaccine passports which would have morphed into digital ids linked to all manner of controls and surveillance. That failed but they are probably aiming to use Net Zero – which clearly has nothing to do with “saving the planet” - as a pretext to introduce “ration cards” for energy or food which will morph into something much worse. They might even try another “plandemic”, probably bird flu. Do not comply.
Only 20% of the electorate voted for Labour. A large percentage didn't vote at all. Too few people voted for Reform, the only realistic alternative to the Uniparty (the LibLabConGreen political alliance). Labour got a massive majority by default because of our first past the post electoral system, which massively disadvantages smaller parties who challenge the status quo.
Fauci it. I’m game to test this. I am an American living in Japan. Send me what you are afraid to post and I will do so on my substack, omitting the names of whoever does so.

Jamie don’t take this personal. Chuck is going to have bigger on his hands if your government tries to arrest people for hate speech over here.

The psyop is real , but what is more real is that the choices have consequences.
Didn't the Brits vote (directly or indirectly) for these clowns in the recent weeks? There's a price for not being awake.
