He wanted them to have cheaper, stable prices as well as independence and autonomy by using energy made in local nuclear stations or solar power hubs.

'Renewables' as a source of energy violate BOTH, whilst the SAME filthy venture capitalists make loads of money from their allegedly 'clean' product, whilst the poor get poorer, not incrementally richer as they did with the extraction and exploitation of fossil fuels.

I hold on to one sliver of hope though that MIGHT arrest the illiberal elites that are responsible for the terror. I think that eventually we will revolt as it becomes more and more obvious that we are on the road to hell (and it never was paved with good intentions). The current cost of energy is starting to wake up a few people. It may take 5 or 10yrs plus another 20 to rebuild our energy system but I'm still hopeful. The perpetrators will have long since departed, much wealthier than before, without ever apologising.
