‘Liberal democracies’ embraced authoritarian ‘public health’ measures in 2020 which have killed millions, 17 million at least from the ‘vaccines’ alone. That excludes the knock-on effects of lockdowns, the denial of life-saving medical treatments and the imposition of murderous treatment protocols. Fresh and giddy from their Covid success, the new normal totalitarians have switched their focus to net zero policies and are implementing them with gay abandon across western civilisation, in order to ‘save the planet’ you understand. Thus, developed nations, dependent for centuries upon poverty-destroying, life-enhancing, freedom and wealth-creating, cheap, abundant, fossil fuels in order to bring about a series of Industrial Revolutions which have liberated the masses from servitude to their former feudalistic overlords, are now headed back to sustainable straw huts and the new Dark Ages of ultra-low carbon living.

The late Professor Rummel coined the term democide to describe the murder by government of its citizens, an expansive term which included mass murder, genocide and politicide defined as follows:

Genocide: among other things, the killing of people by a government because of their indelible group membership (race, ethnicity, religion, language).

Politicide: the murder of any person or people by a government because of their politics or for political purposes.

Mass Murder: the indiscriminate killing of any person or people by a government.

Democide: The murder of any person or people by a government, including genocide, politicide, and mass murder.

Rummel estimated that governments during the 20th century had killed an astounding 262 million people. Most of those people were murdered by totalitarian, fascist or communist governments:

Unsurprisingly, the bloodiest body count was run up by totalitarian regimes, though authoritarians were busy stacking up the corpses, too, if in smaller piles. Democracies were also responsible for unjustifiable deaths, especially in subduing resistance in their colonial possessions (think: Belgian Congo) and in indiscriminate bombing of civilian targets during wars (think: Hiroshima), but to a far lesser degree than Communists, Nazis, and overdecorated generalissimos.

But in the 21st century, our so called ‘liberal democracies’ have decided that they’re going to outdo the communists and the fascists of the 20th century, so they’ve set about murdering people via the imposition of totalitarian ‘public health’ measures, mandatory vaccinations and various Big Pharma medical ‘cures’. They’ve also decided to deprive us of life-saving, life enhancing, poverty destroying fossil fuels by going Net Zero in order to ‘save the planet’. If Covid countermeasures caused the deaths of millions, then Net Zero deprivations have the potential to cull billions. There is nothing more important to human survival than the availability of cheap, abundant energy. The Net Zero/climate crisis fanatics are intent upon rationing energy and making it very much more expensive and less abundant. This will cost many millions of lives, perhaps billions if their insane plans progress sufficiently such that they result in the effective destruction of western civilisation comprised of advanced developed nations, plus they manage to deprive developing nations of access to fossil fuels too. Net Zero is politicide writ very large.
