It's ridiculous alright. I read somewhere that if everyone in the UK bought an EV we would be out of rare earth minerals. None. Zero left. Hmmm good thinking guys. It is total cart before the horse thinking, even if it was a significant issue. Sure we would like energy made with less eco damage but this is anything but that. This is the old smash and grab reinvented for a modern world. When will people grow up?
