Not a ‘white genocide’ but a white South African farmer (Afrikaaner) genocide - which incidentally is not restricted to South Africa; exactly the same thing happened 25 years ago in Mugabe’s Zimbabwe (formerly Rhodesia), lest we forget, the only distinction being that the victims of extreme targeted violence were white farmers, not white Afrikaaner farmers:
I am haunted to this day by the graphic accounts of the extreme mental and physical torture, rape, murder and violence which I read about in the early 2000s, no less so than the accounts of the Rwandan massacres in 1994. The difference is, Rwanda was officially classed as a genocide, very quickly: the killings of white farmers in Zimbabwe were not. Now the media and politicians are frantically scrambling to resist attempts to label the farm killings in South Africa as an official genocide, after Trump sensationally publicly challenged Cyril Ramaphosa on the issue and opened America’s door to white South Africans fleeing persecution.
Spiked’s article is just one of many such attempts by the media to downplay or even dismiss what is happening in South Africa - because the victims don’t fit the Woke Dictionary definition of ‘victim of racial or religious oppression/discrimination’.
Professor Norman Fenton has analysed the crime figures in South Africa and he has discovered that white SA farmers are more than twice as likely to be murdered than the average SA citizen and three times more likely to be murdered than black SA farmers.
Although the hypothesis of a recent genocide against white South African farmers is difficult to define, it cannot be dismissed based on the data used by the mainstream media to do so. We have shown that, in a country with one of the highest murder rates in the world, white farmers are currently more than twice as likely to be murdered as an ‘average’ South African. We have also shown an alarming difference in the recent rate of murders of black and white farmers – a difference which was not evident in 1990. When the approximate data for the years 2017-2022 is aggregated and full account is taken of the very wide uncertainty of the data using a Bayesian analysis, it is almost certain (99.98% probability) that the murder rate of whites is at least twice as high as that for blacks, and highly likely (96.95% probability) to be at least three times as high. While these figures do not ‘prove’ that there is a genocide against white farmers they do provide undeniable evidence that in recent years white farmers are more likely to be murdered.
Norman stopped short of claiming that his analysis alone proves that a genocide is ongoing, and rightly so, but it is very strong circumstantial evidence. I argue that the extreme nature of the killings themselves is further damning evidence which proves conclusively that Afrikaaners are being genocided by, or with the acquiescence of, their own government. How likely is it that the average murder in SA involves levels of extreme violence and prolonged physical and mental torture of the victim(s)? Not very likely I would imagine. Now ask the same question about farm murders. The answer: very likely. That is evidence of an organised campaign of brutality and terror targeted at a specific group of people, and it fits the definition of a genocide legally defined in the 1948 Genocide Convention, drawn up after the Nazi Holocaust. In fact, it qualifies as a genocide on three main points, not just the minimum requirement of one.
The obvious intention is to exterminate the Boer by massacring them and/or drive them off their ancestral farmlands by terrorising them and persecuting them so that they leave those lands, even depart the country altogether. That conforms to the definition of “acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group”. That is genocide. Trump is correct.
There was a post on X which seems to have been taken down of a coordinated establishment attempt to deflect from Trump’s talk of SA white farmer genocide. The post showed a compilation of about a dozen MSM reporters all using the word “ambush”. Search X for “Ramaphosa ambush” to find lots of them. Just like Biden “as sharp as a tack” or Covid “pandemic of the unvaccinated”.
Firstly, I think it's a little unfair to attribute the opinions given in the article to the publisher without qualification.
A glance down the comments that follow the article shows that they broadly oppose its opinions. Here's a typical example: "When do persistent mass attacks become genocide? These attacks are happening and the South African government are doing nothing about it. You can argue over semantics, but Trump was right to raise the issue."
I'm sure that many Jews departed Hitler's Germany before the genocide proper started there.
Both perpetrators and victims know what's going on in SA. It's a playbook that's been used since the start of human greed and corruption.
