The trouble with science is money backing scientism with premeditated agendas.
Demetris Koutsoyiannis has published many studies, mostly hydrological that show there is nothing abnormal about the present day climate. They are often topped and tailed by relevant quotations from Greek philosophers and are a joy to read.
They certainly do. I've worked and met with several Greek scientists and they are imbued with the tradition of natural philosophy. I don't know if it is their education system or what, but they take a strongly independent view of data and the world.
