It’s all over social media and the news - person who ‘identifies as transgender’ goes on killing spree. We're adults. We just need the bloody truth so we can make up our own minds, and we're not necessarily going to go round killing people, targeting 'communities' and hating certain people just because one nutter walked into a school with a loaded gun and murdered innocent people. Depriving people of the truth, constantly, and inviting endless speculation IS what drives some people nuts. You only have to surf social media to see how.
When I grew up, there were boys and girls. They grew into men and women. Having a conversation with a trans word is a new invention. Maybe it’s not new to 40 and unders, but it’s new. Monty Python and Milton Berle would dress like a woman for comedic purposes. Any guy who did that for real was called a transvestite.
