I don’t think so. Not even in the post truth fictional world of Mad Miliband’s Net Zero clean energy superpower politics. Because that ship is going down. The signs are all around:
Zoisa’s ‘Green electrons’ got me thinking. It’s like Brawndo’s electrolytes really. The similarity is uncanny:
“For the last time, I’m pretty sure that what’s killing the economy is this ‘renewables’ stuff.”

But it actually gets worse, if you can believe it. X user Mark Oates posted this and rather than explain how you can trickle charge your EV overnight using solar energy, they completely missed the point and instead gaslighted him by pointing out the difference between a grid fast charge and a solar trickle charge:

But of course Zoisa North-Bond has the solution to this conundrum; you just import solar energy from the other side of the planet via an interconnector.
Octopus Energy has been the latest "Green Energy" provider forced upon us. I'm even less delighted by this 8-leged green blob, than I was with the previous Shell Energy. I told Shell that they were Scamsters, and that they were taking us for a ride. How much longer we'll be able to withstand their "Smart Meter" Dictat, I do not know.
