The BBC Looks Back At A Summer Of Extreme Weather Propaganda And Concludes That Sometimes Weather Systems Cause Weather!
This is the absolute state of ‘science’ journalism at the BBC nowadays.
Heat. Wildfires. Torrential rain. Typhoons and hurricanes. Much of the northern hemisphere has been battered by extreme weather this summer.
Not all these events can be immediately linked to climate change. It can take a while for scientists to untangle what exactly is going on - plus, the planet’s natural weather and climate systems are powerful and also affect the weather.
I can tell you right now: none of the extreme weather events which occurred over the last three months can be empirically linked to climate change, not immediately by waving a magic wand, nor at some point in the future by ‘scientists’ peddling extreme weather attribution pseudoscience.
But the BBC graciously deigns to accept that just a few extreme weather events which have occurred this summer - probably the ones they never got around to propagandising - are ‘just weather’. Being the utter unscientific idiots that they are, the two authors (Georgina Rannard & Esme Stallard) manage to word this to the effect that ‘weather systems cause weather’! Well, who’d have guessed? It’s a good job we’ve got BBC climate misinformation team members to tell us that! These ‘science’ journalists then go on to list the extreme weather events which are supposedly linked to climate change, the ones which the entire lame stream media plugged ad nauseum throughout the summer as being evidence of ‘climate breakdown’ - just in case we’ve forgotten.
But in the past few weeks, significant meteorological records have been broken in quick succession, to the concern of climate change experts.
As the summer draws to a close, let’s look back at what on earth happened - and how it is connected to climate change.
This is desperation from the climate change obsessed Beeb. They’re flogging a dead horse and they know it. They are losing the public.
Seems like it’s the other way around that you’re the one getting desperate because according to the latest poll from July 77% of the Brit’s believe the climate change is a serious global problem. It’s hard to find that high a percentage agreeing on almost anything these days so you’ve got to work a bit harder along with those deniers who follow you to persuade folks that what’s happening isn’t really happening.
Summer! Imagine that.
Duh of the day.
