Yet the blatant propaganda, the blatant ignoring of reality, the blatant fabrications about a future energy utopia...have been incredibly effective...

--pay no attention to those electricity prices...with our plan those prices are going to come down...

--pay no attention to the fickleness of the weather...with our plan Britain will have energy security..

--pay no attention to our bailout of the Vestas factory with an undisclosed amount of taxpayer money...Britain is leading the charge to become a clean energy super power.

Here is Stark Raving Bonkers at the WEF describing how “carrots and sticks” will have to be used (with emphasis on the sticks) to get us plebs and the whole of society to change our behaviours. He is power drunk: https://x.com/DaveAtherton20/status/1866460268898795772.

Oops, you’re right. I remember now that Chris Stark lives in Glasgow and, sure enough, he has a Glasgow accent as is obvious in this oral evidence: https://parliamentlive.tv/event/index/f1421dd1-6ba8-4af4-9961-6c5b304a13f8.

So no idea who the WEF twerp is.

Going back to the argument on whether these people are mad or bad, energy writer Irina Slav would seem to peg Stark as mad, one of the “undiagnosed mental patients running the UK’s energy policy”: https://irinaslav.substack.com/p/the-sun-the-wind-the-trees-the-water.
