Climate Change Committee Advises 81% Emissions Cut By 2035

Just days after Emma Pinchbeck - a Green activist wonk who has no formal scientific qualifications but is apparently an ‘expert in whole economy decarbonisation’ - took over at the CCC, they are now recommending to the government that UK emissions are reduced by 81% against the levels set in the 1990s, by the year 2035. A decision ‘informed by the latest science’ apparently:

The CCC does not link to this ‘latest science’ anywhere that I can see. So they expect us plebs, who will bear the brunt of the poverty, curtailment of freedoms and immiseration which attempting to achieve this target will inflict upon the nation, to just accept this statement as an article of faith. No! We must not. We must demand to see this ‘latest science’ for ourselves and inspect it in detail to see what it really says. It is our right.
