“Now in 2022, suddenly, we’re back fighting the age old elemental battle of Good vs. Evil, but there’s something different this time”.

The Covid tyranny has finally explained the climate change agenda which has been unfathomable to anyone of a rational, sceptical leaning for at least two decades, so weak has been its scientific and engineering underpinning. It only now makes sense when seen as backup to the deliberate Covid agenda of economic ruination and genocide.

The proponents of Net Zero are either mad or bad. I believe that the “useful idiot” proponents are mad, for example my MP, brainwashed by his own propaganda, but the money men drivers are very bad, in fact evil, like Gates, Soros, the Rockefellers and Big Money including the World Bank, the IMF and lots more.

The proponents of Net Zero need to be challenged to admit that Net Zero equates to economic ruin and premeditated mass murder.

Just to make sure I have the right person - are you the author of a post shared by Joel Smalley called The Other Big Con - Net Zero Climate Change? I'm going to guess yes for now. I have to thank you for that essay. Until fairly recently I was completely brainwashed about the whole climate change thing. Had my eyes opened a crack because of all the covid-pandemic nonsense, which thankfully I was never taken in by. Reading that essay of yours helped open my eyes, and I am well on the path to un-brainwashing myself now.

Yes, my familiar name is Doug, as used in my email address, but my formal name is Douglas. The difference is immaterial to me.

No, that was Douglas Brodie, who comments here quite often. I myself have been pointing out the similarities between the Covid and climate change scams for quite some time now and was criticised for doing so. Now it's very obvious. Zero Covid was entry level Net Zero.

Yes that was what I meant, if that piece shared by Joel Smalley was Douglas Brodie's - on his post he wrote Doug Brodie (of Nairn), so I thought maybe Doug is not the same person as Douglas..? My question "are you the author" was directed at him..

In any case, I'm starting to go back and read more of your posts as well and learn about what a scam the whole Net Zero thing always was. I will check out the link above as well - thanks!

Ah, apologies, I see you were replying to Doug. Substack emailed me saying the reply was to a comment by me! I didn't check the thread.

The Club of Rome told us what 'global warming' (as it was initially known) was all about, but it was such a slow burn agenda and it started off with such a convincing veneer of 'science', that it survived closer scrutiny by all but a small band of dedicated sceptics for many years. Then, after Climategate, the veneer of credibility of the science started to wear off, then the charade completely collapsed and finally, post Covid, the climate change fanatics could no longer hide their 100% political/ideological command and control agenda.

Superb piece (again). MH Abrams was insightful on the cycles and circles -- especially in his discussion of Wordsworth and the circuitous journey, always back to origins, but at a higher plane, something like an ascending helix which moves asymptotically towards some point of perfection (we hope). We head out on our journeys, only to return to the point of origin, wiser, better, stronger. But you are right, the cycle of growth has been screwed up by the malign forces about (if I understand you correctly). I will be curious to read Part 2, to better understand how you identify "evil" intent. We can quite easily see the venal motivations (big pharma and those they pay off), and the lust for power (bureaucrats and politicians), or ass-covering cowardice (all of the above, esp. Emily Oster, Piers Morgan)....but what about the other more serious and far reaching hypotheses? I am thinking of the claims that the Covid jabs were designed as a bio weapon, with varying degrees of lethality (Yeadon), or the use of Midazolam to delete the elderly, or the longer term plans of reducing the global population through all of the above? Thanks. With regard to the more serious and far-reaching issues, we can only surmise malign intent and motive. But evil is as evil does and on a more mundane level, it often doesn't need a motive.
