If you live in Western Europe and you have an electric oven, it may be a good idea to cook the turkey on Christmas Eve or very early on Christmas morning. Just saying, otherwise if you stick it in the oven on Christmas Day, it might end up being half cooked . . . . . . . .
If you live in Central Europe too, it might not be a bad idea to buy candles whilst out doing last minute Christmas shopping today:

The only positive thing is that the weather pattern is progressing and not stagnating in Europe and here in the US. If the dark doldrum pattern were to stall for days the results would be catastrophic.
