In my humble opinion, constitutes this:
If we define ‘serious violence against a person or serious damage to property’ as being wrongly or maliciously prosecuted and subsequently jailed or fined then the government’s behaviour fits the bill.
The threat from the government re. the sharing of “inaccurate information” online is clearly targeted at the millions of people who use social media daily and share posts without, obviously, always checking for authenticity. It seems calculated to induce widespread anxiety among the public. Add to that the recent highly publicised arrest of a prominent X user who shared a post which incorrectly identified the identity of the Southport child killer (the authorities at that point having failed to reveal his correct identity) and it can be argued convincingly that the UK government (and the complicit media) is deliberately terrorising the law-abiding majority for the purpose of censoring information online, especially on X, where a lot of factual information has been shared recently which directly contradicts the official, authorised narrative of the recent riots and their policing.
The UK government, by its own definition, is engaging in an act of terrorism in order to promote its own ideological political agenda.
That is exactly what we would expect from a lawless, undemocratic, authoritarian, fascist/Communist regime. Starmergeddon Inc. is just that, in my opinion.
Of course, this apparent legal obligation to check the correctness of information posted online at the risk of being criminalised apparently applies only to us plebs: it does not seem to apply to the media (which habitually posts often very damaging information online and via broadcast media) or our ‘revered public institutions - the NHS for instance. Or politicians.
In this respect, should I report my GP to the police for their deliberate or inadvertent communication of misinformation re. the Covid ‘vaccines’? Should I report the previous government? A lot of people are dead or severely injured because of such misinformation from health authorities. Their actions had consequences.
