This looks interesting. High pressure over Scandinavia and high pressure out to the west in the Atlantic, bringing bitterly cold Arctic northerly winds across the UK. We could see some snow. It wouldn’t surprise me. Snow 10 days before Christmas, then it warms up and and rains on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day! We haven’t had a proper white Christmas for years.
