Climate Cymru wrote this report. In my opinion, there is next to no evidence that a significant majority of immigrants or ethnic minorities object to the presence of dogs in open spaces, much less see this as evidence of 'racism'. I believe that Climate Cymru nutters object to people keeping pets because it's 'bad for the climate' (they eat meat). They're playing the racist card to make life difficult for dog owners. As such, they are deliberately stirring up racial hatred, because a lot of British people love their dogs and love the countryside. If people can be investigated for a 'non crime hate incident' for one tweet, then Climate Cymru should definitely be investigated for stirring up racial hatred.

One black African female felt unsafe? Well, that's definitely a consensus. Kind of like one smarmy little bureaucratic weasel making up Covid policies and claiming scientific consensus.
