I noticed recently that my subscribers have flatlined for an extended period, longer than any other lull in my Substack subscriptions.
So it just occurred to me to check what I posted around the time the flatlining started.
Guess what, you see that steep rise just before my subscriber numbers flattened? That was immediately after I posted my most popular post ever, by a wide margin, on Feb 14th:
Nearly 5000 views and 18 subscriptions for this post:
J D Vance Just Lobbed A Brick Through The Overton Window - And It's Beautiful
This might just be one of the most amazing and significant speeches by any public figure in the last 100 years, certainly in the 21st Century. The warmongering European and British elite are not happy about it. You can almost see their sweaty clenched buttocks shifting uncomfortably on the conference seats. But let’s be clear: the leadership of the US i…
All my other posts I’m lucky if I manage several hundred views. The J D Vance post just blew my usual stats away. Subscriber numbers shot up for three days thereafter and then on February 17th they inexplicably flatlined and only now are just starting to recover, over two months later. Why is that? Did someone notice how wildly popular my J D Vance post was? Did they decide to clip my wings as a result? It’s very odd, I must admit.
We're seeing so many fraudulent WEF Climate Emergency claims (alongside other madnesses, like Gender Politics and the White Privilege nonsense) we're all suffering from fatigue. Keep up the work to share the truth about WEF lies and New Feudalism the WEF Elite are pushing through anti-democracy politicians.
In the graph you present, the gradient is significantly higher from early Dec 2024 until mid Feb 2025 when it shows a sharp rise, presumably for the reasons you suggest. Your subscribers then continue to increase albeit at a much lower rate. The overall rise looks to my eye like a slow exponential. Personally I would have been very happy with these numbers (as far as subscribers are concerned anyway).
Many people who are subscribed don't read every post - especially those who have subscribed following a post that's dear to their hearts.
