The Farmers Weekly article says:

All poultrykeepers will be required to log their flocks on the national register this autumn – even if they own just a few birds in a backyard flock.

Currently, only those who keep 50 birds or more are required to submit their details. But as part of a GB-wide move to tighten up on disease control in the wake of recent avian influenza outbreaks, this is being extended to all poultrykeepers.

This is the WEF Great Reset/bio-fascist lockdown WHO pandemic treaty being applied to people who keep a few chickens/ducks etc. for their eggs and/or their meat, for personal consumption and/or to sell to locals. It is a naked attempt to control the food supply by eliminating small independent producers and even self-sufficiency householders. Expect once you are forced to register your few hens that Defra will be around to lock them down and/or kill them as soon as some office wallah declares a H5N1 ‘bird flu’ pandemic or epidemic. They’ve got form:

Once they gain control of all domestic animal flocks, they will be coming for backyard vegetable growers and for your pet dogs and cats.
