Mercifully I spared myself from listening to this press conference, but apparently he said (as you rightly say, in his horrific, grating nasal whine that sounds like he’s talking through a snorkel) “People in this country have a right to be safe…”

Yes Kier, that’s exactly the fucking point isn’t it. We do. And you’re merrily importing people that don’t agree, but good idea, protect them at all costs over the rest of us.

It’s unfortunate that the native masses don’t understand that they hold the power, in their participation in the country’s operation.

If they stopped participating (refused to show up to work) they would bring the country to a halt, until their demands were met.

Yes the corrupt gov/monarchy would paint them as domestic terrorists and shameful citizens, but those accusations would be hollow, given that the masses can see the destruction and devastation wrought by the regime.

If people are willing to fight in the streets and be injured, jailed or killed, then they surely have the resolve to shut down the country.

It’s our myopic view and understanding, that has us sit idle until we reach a breaking point, and then the only solution seems to be a hot revolt. No real or meaningful measures taken prior to that.
